Our homes are well maintained with particular attention to all the current safety legislation. We will always look to rectify problems as quickly as possible once we have been informed. Willingdon Road is an attractive Victorian terrace four minutes away from Eastbourne General Hospital by bike and nine minutes from the train station. We are installing an air source heat pump and under floor heating so the building is as sustainable as possible. We provide Lightning Broadband and a communal TV and license . There are five shower rooms three of which are en-suite, a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area as well as separate utility with laundry and drying facilities. The bedrooms are all freshly decorated and fully furnished. There are excellent transport links and cycle storage is also provided. We clean communal areas once a week and all bills are included.
