At Sussex Shared Living we want to make a difference. Our aim is to provide comfortable, safe and sustainable shared homes for professionals. Shared living is an increasingly popular choice for many reasons, sadly not all of the homes on offer can fulfil the needs of professional house mates. We aim to change that.

We don’t believe that sustainability is a just a numbers game or a CO2 count. For a home to be sustainable it needs to offer longevity for the housemates and the landlord. That’s why we always look for opportunities to well insulate our buildings, use a modern approach to heating and to improve utilities, especially the broadband.

Our rooms are well appointed with many enjoying en-suites and never more than three housemates sharing one shower room. We pay attention to who you are sharing with and try to get the right mix.

Our homes are well maintained with particular attention to all the current safety legislation. We will always look to rectify problems as quickly as possible once we have been informed.

In short, we treat our housemates as customers and aim to provide the service levels you deserve.
